We are two people in recovery. We are now both sober over eleven years. We are walking this road of recovery together and sharing more and more parts of our lives. Should you care about that? Not really, but we just want you to know that we face the same daily challenges that you do.
Jewelry provides inspiration to us all. Since we believe in attraction rather than promotion, so subtle design, quality construction, and meaningful items are always appreciated. Many of our fine jewelry designs are appropriate for anyone, not just those in recovery.
Recovery is our top priority. Showing that priority in our jewelry has made it possible to share with many people we might never have known were also in recovery. Attraction rather than promotion also says that we can demonstrate how we live the way we do, without telling others outright. Our jewelry makes that possible.
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, send an email within 3 days of receipt of your order to CustomerService@recovery-jewelry.com and we will authorize a return. This, of course, excludes special-order merchandise, since these items were created uniquely for you.
If you want to complain about anything, or you have a suggestion about an item you would like to see offered, send an email to TheBoss@recovery-jewelry.com. We will respond within 24 hours, 7 days a week. By the way, this is TheBoss, our cat, Misa. She truly runs things around here.

You will receive an email when the items ship. We will including tracking information on your shipment whenever possible.
- On credit card purchases, we bill when the item is ordered. We ship within 2 to 3 business days.
- With checks, the item is shipped when the check clears, approximately five days after receipt of the check.
- For money orders, the item is shipped the day of receipt of the money order.
- Echecks are handled as credit card orders.
